La Despensa de Molviedro (The Larder of Molviedro) is inspired by the origins of Molviedro Square, which among its many functions over the years took on a commercial role in the 18th century with the installation of a market for bread and other foodstuffs. The square became a bustling hub of activity, one full of commerce, where the locals visited daily to stock up their pantries and store cupboards.
